Easter @ CCC
Hey CCC family! We are thrilled to come together this Easter as we celebrate the death and resurrection of Jesus, the greatest event in human history that has changed everything! There are a number of special opportunities to worship and celebrate together. We also want to encourage everyone to prayerfully reach out to friends and neighbors and extend an invitation. Here is the schedule for the weekend:
- Good Friday Service, 6:30pm @ MBCC – Join us for a very special one hour service as we reflect on the death of Jesus. We will be singing, partaking of communion, and hearing from world renown theologian and bible scholar, Dr. Bruce Waltke. Dr. Waltke will be sharing a message from Psalm 22, the Psalm Jesus quoted on the cross when he said: “My God, My God, why have you forsaken me?”
- Sunday Services, 9 & 11am @ MBCC – We will be holding two identical services Sunday morning to make room for all who would like to attend. Both services will have Sunday school up to 5th grade.
- Easter Egg Hunt, 10:30am Sunday morning – In between services we will be having an Easter egg hunt for our little ones. Families can either stay after the first service or come early to the second service to participate. The event will happen in the field behind the church.
- HOLY WEEK Prayer Room – During this significant week in our world we warmly welcome you to spend time with the Lord in prayer – worship – reflection – word. Holy Week offers a time to reflect on the passion of Jesus, His life and ministry, His sacrifice and His love given for this world as we get ready to celebrate His resurrection on Easter Sunday. - Monday April 11 – Saturday April 16Monday 630PM – Worship & Prayer
- Prayer Room OPEN Tuesday through Saturday Noon – 6PM
